We are BIPOC farmers growing for our collective liberation.

Food sovereignty and self determination are foundational for liberation. Our farm was birthed holding these principles forefront with a vision of healing our bodies, the land, and our communities through practices of reciprocity with all that surrounds us. As stewards of this piece of land - originally inhabited by Occaneechi guardians - we are building health and wealth in our community.

Through our farming practices, workshops, and events we honor our traditional teachings and ceremonies from our ancestors. Hawk’s Nest Healing Gardens is a safe space for community dialogue and conversations about our needs, concerns, hopes and dreams in working towards social and environmental justice.
